Feedback from our clients is very important to us, not only because of the good things we hear but also because we take very seriously any negative comments and make sure that they are acted on for the future.
As of April 2020 we have received a total of 211 fully completed feedback forms from our clients and are proud to have an average score of 93% across all stages of our advice process, from initial contact to the implementation of a solution. One of the questions that we regard as the acid test is, “would you recommend our services to a friend or family member?” Our average score for this question is 96%.
